The family have been butchers for over four generations, of which I am the fifth.

Each generation has built their success on the knowledge passed down to them. We now hold a unique position in the
food market as our reputation for quality sausages has spread nationwide.

We take great pride in this reputation
and have never allowed ourselves to diversify or lower our standards in our quality product. I am extremely fortunate to have dedicated employees who
share in this pride.

Meat Content
The meat we use in our sausages is specially selected and consumed fresh from local suppliers. We will always recommend that our sausages are perfect for freezing.

The legal minimum meat content in sausages is 65% in pork and 50% in
beef and other varieties (some of this percentage may include other meats). However, in our sausages Pork is Pork, Beef is Beef, Lamb is Lamb etc. and
we aim for at least 75% meat content
in each variety.
